The LX to SX Network Tap provides a simple solution to give your SX tools permanent monitoring access to your LX network segments. Two IDS devices, analyzers, or probes can monitor the same segment 24X7 at a single point, eliminating contention for critical fiber links. Redundant power supplies and totally passive, fault-tolerant design maximizes monitoring uptime and ensures network traffic will continue to flow uninterrupted even if power is lost to the tap.
